The Charming Market is a community market where anyone can sell, and everyone can shop. Whether you're a small business, nonprofit organization, kidpreneur, antique collector, reseller, online boutique owner, crafter, food vendor, farmer or simply looking to clear out items from around the house, we invite you to join us.
Our goal is to create a fun, family-friendly marketplace that brings together local sellers, unique finds, and community connections.
Giving Back Through The Haven Outreach Fund
A portion of every vendor fee supports the Haven Outreach Fund, allowing us to bless individuals, families, and community organizations when needs arise. By participating in The Charming Market, you're helping us support our local community and make a difference right here in Central Texas.
VENDOR FEES
• One Vendor Space: $30
• Vendor spaces are standard 10' x 10' spaces.
• Vendors are welcome to reserve multiple spaces if additional room is needed for displays, inventory, or setup.
Vendor spaces are assigned by The Charming Market team to ensure proper spacing, traffic flow, and vendor variety.
SETUP & EVENT TIMES
• Vendor Setup Begins: 7:30 AM
• Market Opens: 9:00 AM
• Market Closes: 5:00 PM
• Teardown Begins: 5:00 PM
• All Vendors Must Be Fully Packed and Cleaned Up By: 6:30 PM
For the safety of vendors and shoppers:
• All vendor vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the market area by 8:30 AM.
• No vehicle traffic will be permitted within the market area after 8:30 AM until teardown begins.
PARKING & BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
A vendor information email will be sent during the week of the event and will include:
• Booth Assignment
• Vendor Map
• Parking Instructions
• Setup Information
• Event Reminders
Please ensure the email address provided during registration is monitored regularly.
CANOPIES & TENT SAFETY
Vendor safety is a top priority.
All tents and canopies must:
• Have a minimum of 25 pounds of weight attached to EACH leg.
• Be staked into the ground whenever conditions allow.
• Remain properly secured throughout the duration of the event.
The Charming Market reserves the right to inspect tent weights and anchoring at any time.
Vendors without proper tent weights may be required to remove their tent and may be denied participation in future events.
SELLING RESTRICTIONS
The following items are NOT permitted for sale, display, giveaway, or promotion:
• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Weapons
• Explosives
• Fireworks
• Animals
• Illegal substances
• Counterfeit merchandise
• Pornographic materials
• Obscene materials
• Hate-based, discriminatory, or derogatory items
• Any item prohibited by local, state, or federal law
The Charming Market reserves the right to require removal of any product deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly environment.
FOOD VENDORS
Food vendors must disclose their participation during registration and provide all required food handling documentation before official approval. (If proper documents cannot be provided to us to staff@thecharminghaven.com then we will issue a refund)
Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of participation.
ELECTRICITY & GENERATORS
Electricity is NOT provided.
Small generators are permitted only if disclosed prior (please email staf@thecharminghaven.com to let us know)
Generator placement will be considered when assigning vendor spaces.
TRAILERS
Vendors may use trailers for transportation and unloading purposes only.
Selling directly from a trailer is not permitted.
All merchandise must be displayed within your assigned booth space.
CLEANUP REQUIREMENTS
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris.
Please remove:
• Trash
• Boxes
• Displays
• Merchandise
• Tent weights and equipment
Nothing may be left behind after the event.
LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Participation in The Charming Market is voluntary and at your own risk.
The Charming Haven, The Charming Market, its owners, staff, volunteers, contractors, and representatives are not responsible for:
• Theft
• Damage
• Injury
• Weather-related losses
• Loss of income
• Damage to merchandise, vehicles, trailers, tents, displays, or personal property
By reserving a vendor space and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all market policies, safety requirements, liability provisions, and participation rules.
Submission of payment and participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
WEATHER POLICY
The Charming Market is an outdoor event.
In the event of inclement weather, unsafe ground conditions, flooding, high winds, or other conditions deemed unsafe by event staff, The Charming Market reserves the right to cancel the event.
A cancellation decision will be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event whenever possible.
All booth fees are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled by The Charming Market due to weather or safety concerns, vendor booth fees will automatically be credited and transferred to the next scheduled market event.
No cash refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
