As a Picnic Table Sponsor, your sponsored table will be placed on The Charming Haven property and feature a custom plaque recognizing your business, organization, family, or loved one. These tables provide seating for shoppers, vendors, families, and community members during markets, events, and daily business operations.

Your Sponsorship Includes:

✔ One picnic table placed on The Charming Haven property

✔ Custom recognition plaque

✔ Long-term visibility to shoppers, vendors, and event attendees

✔ Recognition as a Community Sponsor

✔ Support of local events and community initiatives

✔ Picnic table, supplies, labor, plaque, assembly/delivery

Sponsor Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship fee must be paid in full before production begins.

• Plaque wording must be approved by The Charming Haven.

• The Charming Haven reserves the right to deny any wording, logos, or content deemed inappropriate.

• Sponsored tables become the property of The Charming Haven upon installation.

• Sponsorship does not grant ownership, exclusive use, reserved seating rights, or control over table placement.

• Table placement is determined solely by The Charming Haven.

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

• Sponsor understands and agrees that this sponsorship provides recognition and placement for a minimum term of three (3) years from the date of installation or display. While The Charming Haven intends for sponsored items and recognition to remain in place beyond this period whenever possible, no guarantee is made beyond the initial three-year term.

The Charming Haven reserves the right to relocate, repair, replace, modify, or remove sponsored items after the three-year term due to maintenance needs, safety concerns, property improvements, weather damage, operational changes, or other circumstances deemed necessary.

By purchasing this sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
