As a Light Pole Sponsor, your sponsored light pole will become a lasting feature of The Charming Haven property and help create a welcoming atmosphere for markets, community gatherings, special events, and everyday visitors. Each sponsored pole will feature a custom plaque recognizing your business, organization, family, loved one, or dedication.

Your Sponsorship Includes:

✔ One permanent light pole installed on The Charming Haven property

✔ Custom recognition plaque

✔ Long-term visibility to shoppers, vendors, and event attendees

✔ Recognition as a Community Sponsor

✔ Support of local events and community initiatives

Sponsor Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship fee must be paid in full before installation begins.

• Plaque wording must be approved by The Charming Haven.

• The Charming Haven reserves the right to deny any wording, logos, or content deemed inappropriate.

• Sponsored light poles become the property of The Charming Haven upon installation.

• Sponsorship does not grant ownership, advertising rights beyond the plaque, exclusive use, or control over pole placement.

• Light pole placement is determined solely by The Charming Haven.

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

• The Charming Haven reserves the right to relocate, repair, replace, or remove light poles as needed for maintenance, safety, property improvements, or operational needs.

Sponsor understands and agrees that this sponsorship provides recognition and placement for a minimum term of three (3) years from the date of installation or display. While The Charming Haven intends for sponsored items and recognition to remain in place beyond this period whenever possible, no guarantee is made beyond the initial three-year term.

The Charming Haven reserves the right to relocate, repair, replace, modify, or remove sponsored items after the three-year term due to maintenance needs, safety concerns, property improvements, weather damage, operational changes, or other circumstances deemed necessary.

By purchasing this sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
