Custom Design Fee

Need us to create a custom design for you? This design fee covers the time and work needed to create a design based on the information, ideas, colors, images, and/or branding you provide.

Your design fee includes:

• One custom design created specifically for your request
• Up to 3 rounds of edits
• Basic changes to text, colors, layout, sizing, and placement
• Final design prepared in the appropriate format for your intended use

Turnaround Time

Your first design proof will be provided within 3 business days of receiving your design request and all necessary information, images, logos, and wording.

Once your design is finalized and approved, any production or fulfillment of the item will take an additional 5–7 business days. This timeframe begins after the final design has been approved.

Please Note:

The design fee covers design work only. It does not include the cost of the physical product, printing, materials, or other production costs unless specifically stated.

Please provide all necessary wording, images, logos, colors, and other details when submitting your request. Customer-provided images and logos must be high quality and owned or authorized for use by the customer.

Three rounds of edits are included. Additional edits beyond the 3 included rounds, or significant changes that require the design to be recreated, may result in an additional design fee.

Once a design has been approved, any changes requested afterward may require an additional fee and may affect the fulfillment timeline.

Design fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.
