Banner Sponsorships

Promote your business while supporting local events, small businesses, and community outreach efforts.

As a Banner Sponsor, your business banner will be displayed on The Charming Haven property for the duration of your sponsorship term, providing visibility to shoppers, vendors, event attendees, and daily visitors. Sponsors may also display business cards and promotional materials inside The Charming Haven.

Your Sponsorship Includes:

✔ Banner displayed on The Charming Haven property

✔ Exposure during all Charming Market events

✔ Exposure during additional community events hosted by The Charming Haven

✔ Business cards and flyers displayed in-store

✔ Community Sponsor recognition

✔ Support of local events and the Haven Outreach Fund

Banner Requirements:

• Banners must be weather-resistant and include grommets for installation.

• Sponsors are responsible for providing a print-ready banner unless purchasing The Charming Haven Banner Design & Printing Package.

The Charming Haven Banner Design & Printing Package:

• We will design, order, and install your banner for you.

• Includes up to 3 design revisions at no additional charge.

• Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

• A member of our team will contact you from staff@thecharminghaven.com within 5 business days of purchase to begin the design process and collect any logos, photos, branding, and information needed.

Sponsor Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship fees must be paid in full prior to banner installation.

• Sponsors may choose a 6-month or 12-month sponsorship term.

• All banner designs, logos, and content are subject to approval by The Charming Haven.

• The Charming Haven reserves the right to deny any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, political, or inconsistent with our family-friendly environment.

• Banner placement is determined by The Charming Haven and may be adjusted as needed.

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

• Banners not provided within 30 days of purchase may result in delayed installation.

• The Charming Haven is not responsible for normal weather-related wear and tear to banners.

• Sponsors are responsible for replacing damaged banners if desired during their sponsorship term.

• Sponsored banner space is non-exclusive and may be displayed alongside other sponsors.

By purchasing a Banner Sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
