Booth Rent Policies & Payouts

Communication is key—please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
Booth rent is always due on the 15th of each month. A $25 late fee will be assessed after the 3rd business day if payment has not been received. (Business Days are Wednesday-Saturday)
After the 7th business day without payment, an additional $25 fee will be applied and your items may be removed from our sales floor until the invoice is settled.

If there is no contact or payment after 30 days, your items will become the property of TCH in accordance with your contract.

Our payout schedule reflects the prior month in sales. All payouts are processed by the 3rd business day of the new month. This allows time for all funds to clear accounts before issuing payments. If you ever have questions regarding your payout please message both Jennifer and our admin!

Sales Reports are sent automatically from Puppet Vendors showing what sold, commision and total.

Promo & Product Day

Every Wednesday is Promo & Product Day!
This is your dedicated time for product management, content creation, promotion strategy, store revamps, and new product consultations. This is also your time to apply sales to your prodcuts within the store. All of this happens in person at The Charming Haven so be sure to book your time slot in advance! Planning ahead is highly recommended!

ALSO Product Removal. Please pick up out of season product at this time and be prepared to remove and update your inventory in store.

Out of state vendors this time is also for you. Schedule a P&P day and any needs you have during that time.

BOOK YOUR SPOT FOR PRODUCT & PROMO DAY HERE!

You must book atleast 24 hours in advance. If you do not, then you will need to wait for the next week. Product must be in Puppet Vendors by Tuesday Night to ensure they are ready for Wednesday.

Puppet Vendors info

You will receive an email with your login details and a direct link to Puppet Vendors. Your username will be the email address we have on file (the one listed in your contract), and your temporary password will be TCH Vendor!

All products must be entered into Puppet Vendors no later than Monday evening before the Product & Promo Day you plan to attend. This ensures everything is ready for a smooth check in process.

Use an existing email address or make a Google account.

You don't need to have a Gmail address to create a Google Account. You can also use a non-Gmail email address to create one instead.

You can search for “free email providers” to find another email provider you like and set up an account. Once you create a new email address, you can use that to set up a Google Account.

To use an existing email address instead of a new Gmail address:

  1. Go to the Google Account Sign In page.
  2. Click Create account. From the drop down, select For my personal use.
  3. Enter your basic info.
  4. Click Use your existing email.
  5. Enter your current email address.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.
  8. Click Next. Follow the onscreen instructions to create a password and complete the process.

Once you sign up, you will have to change one setting in the google chat!
